GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
Garment Saver currently ships to continental U.S. addresses only, including Alaska and Hawaii, by USPS. We strive to ship within 3-5 business days but delays may occur due to certain circumstances (“out-of-stock”, weather, busy holiday seasons, etc.). Delivery is defined as by end of business day for the expected delivery day.
Back Stock / Out Of Stock
If an item is not currently in stock and we have the materials, we will prioritize the production with our factory. The average production time is 5-7 business days. After completion, we will ship the order on the next business day via USPS Priority Ground (with an average 3-5 business days for delivery). You will be notified if your order is Back Order or Out Of Stock.

Your shipping cost and method can be determined using the table below. The default shipping cost, in the cart, will be that of the product with the highest shipping cost. Prices subject to change based on current USPS estimates. Priority Mail Express is currently unavailable.

Standard Shipping
We offer USPS Priority Ground delivery. We strive to ship within 5-7 business days but delays may occur due to certain circumstances (“out-of-stock”, weather, busy holiday seasons, religious observance dates, etc.). Delivery is defined as by end of business day for the expected delivery day.
Shipments to an APO/PO
These shipments will be sent via USPS Regular Ground (not Priority). Shipping and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date. These orders may take up to 14 business days.
International Shipping
We are happy to make arrangements with you. Please contact us for international shipping costs and availability. Orders WILL NOT be shipped and refunds will be issued automatically if we are not contacted about international shipping. Please note that there may be surcharges above and beyond the shipping fees for international shipping.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
We use Priority Shipping via USPS, with standard delivery. There can be higher than usual delays so we recommend ordering by 11am PT on December 13th to get gift items on or before December 24.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping for a subtotal that exceeds $49 before tax (if applicable) is applied. In order to get this offer, the subtotal must exceed $49 (after any coupons or offer codes).
SHIPPING CUSTOM ITEMS
Please allow as much time as possible for custom items to be completed and delivered. Especially if ordering for event entourage (Bridal Party, Team, etc.) A minimum 4 -6 weeks is recommended. We will inform you (with tracking information) once custom ordered items are complete and sent out. For shipping, we use USPS Priority Mail. Weather conditions and other factors may affect package delivery. Once shipped, any delivery issues must be addressed with USPS.
