Custom order products are available for order as shown on the website. Any alteration of the design must be discussed and approved by Garment Saver. Additional charges may apply.
Please contact us with order inquiries. We will respond and send an order sheet to complete desired style, fabric, quantity and credit card payment.
Allow 3-4 weeks for most orders to be completed. Fulfillment time frames excludes national holidays (Christmas, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day). Group orders may take longer, depending on the size of the order and if orders are made during busy holiday seasons. Be sure to give your order as much time as possible for delivery (minimum 6 weeks recommended). Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Please contact us with your inquiry.
Custom orders are final sale. We proudly stand behind our product quality but if there are concerns we will attempt to remedy them in the best way possible (including website credit, etc.). Re-cut of a design because of a change of mind is considered a new design and will be charged accordingly.
