Made to Order products are available as shown on the website. Any alteration of the design must be discussed and approved by Garment Saver. Additional charges may apply.

2. Allow 3-4 weeks for most orders to be completed. We highly recommend a 2-3 month window for group orders. Fulfillment time frames excludes national holidays. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us with your inquiry.
3. Made To Order and Custom orders are final sale. We proudly stand behind our product quality but if there are concerns we will attempt to remedy them in the best way possible (including website credit, etc.). Re-cut of a design because of a change of mind is considered a new design and will be charged accordingly.

1. Fabric colors may vary, based on screen resolution and dye batch.
2. Non Standard Colors & Fabrics: We can swatch-match your desired color (in our premium 100% cotton) from our library of over 150 solid colors. You may also use your own fabric with our designs! Let us know your specific needs.
3. Retail price remains the same for the product for most fabric choices. Unusual fabrics that require special handling (for example, velvet, satin and lace) may require additional charges.
4. Knit fabrics cannot be used for our designs.
5. If you are using your own fabrics, additional specifications will be sent once you contact us.
6. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs associated with sending their own fabrics, swatches, etc. Please allow extra time for product delivery, if using solid colors not in-stock or for your own fabrics.

1. We will inform you (with tracking information) once the order is complete and sent out for shipment via USPS Priority Mail. Weather conditions and other factors may affect package delivery. Once shipped, any delivery issues must be addressed with USPS.
