Can bulk items be personalized?
Bulk items cannot be personalized at this time. For that service, select items on our made to order page are available for customization.
Are your products available for wholesale?
We currently offer a bulk discount rate of 15% off the retail price (with a minimum item purchase). We may offer wholesale pricing in the future.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Made to order items can take 3-4 weeks. Bulk order items typically take 5-7 business days to ship. In both order types, the processing may be longer and may need to be back-ordered. We will alert you on the order status. Check our shipping policy for more details.
Returns
Custom products are final sale. Bulk rate items are part of our regular stock. So, they follow the standard return policy.
